From downtown Orlando take FL-408 W to the Florida Turnpike. Take the Florida Turnpike N to exit 272 and merge onto FL-50 W for 8.5 miles. Turn right onto 12th St and continue for 2.5 miles. This turns into County Rd 565A. Continue to the corner of County Rd 565A and Marsh Hammock Way.
