Recognizing that Central Florida’s growth is closely tied to roadway improvements, Hanover acquired 155 acres of former orange groves along U.S. Highway 27, just before the opening of the new Florida Turnpike Minneola Interchange. Hanover worked closely with the City of Minneola to complete the community including a major off-site extension of Education Avenue to improve access to U.S. Highway 27.

Located across from the renowned Lake Louisa State Park, Ardmore Reserve offers a prime setting next to an elementary and middle school and just a short walk from Minneola High School. The community was developed in collaboration with two national homebuilders, along with Hanover Family Builders.
