Hanover Capital Partners sponsors students annually through the Elevation Scholars Program, helping high-achieving, high-need students attend top colleges and universities.

The Orosz Family Foundation was created in 2005 and has since given more than $15 million to numerous Central Florida organizations that support education, medical research, and Catholic ministries. The Hanover team strongly believes community investment is critical in making a lasting, positive impact on the lives of others.

This vision inspires all aspects of Hanover Capital Partners, including the development of beautiful, well-planned communities for families, commercial properties that create jobs for the surrounding community, and how they work in partnership with local landowners, subcontractors, lenders and government officials.

“The School That Works”

Throughout the life of the foundation, the Orosz Family had been seeking an opportunity to create a long-lasting, self-sustaining platform with the goal of creating transformational change in our community. In 2022, The Orosz Family Foundation moved forward with the acquisition of a 70,000 square foot office building which would be renovated and modernized to be the campus for a new, innovative high school catering to the underserved youth in Central Florida. After an extensive $6,000,000 enhancement initiative, Cristo Rey Orlando High School opened its doors to its first Freshman class in fall 2025.

The school follows a unique schedule with students following a rigorous academic schedule four days per week, with a 1-day rotation in a corporate work study program with companies throughout Central Florida.

Through their four years at Cristo Rey, they will be exposed to the corporate environment, challenged with real world experiences, and gain confidence to reach their full potential after graduation. Students attend Cristo Rey on a full scholarship, are provided with transportation, hot meals, and have scholarship opportunities with over 150 partner colleges for future education. The success and impact of the school has raised significant support throughout the community, surpassing over $25,000,000 in supplemental support. William Orosz, Jr. serves as the founding Chairman of the Board, with his sons serving in ongoing rotational board seats.
