Central Florida Homebuilding
Leading the Way for Generations
The Orosz Family has built a distinguished legacy in homebuilding that spans more than three generations. It began in the early 1900s with William Orosz, Sr. in Royal Oak, Michigan, whose resilience and determination laid the foundation for long-term success. His son, William Orosz, Jr., expanded the family’s presence by relocating to Central Florida in the 1980s, where as President of Catalina Homes he oversaw the construction of more than 1,200 homes annually. In 1991, the family launched Cambridge Homes, positioning it among the region’s leading private builders.
Since then, they founded three additional homebuilding operations—Royal Oak Homes in 2011, Hanover Family Builders in 2017, and most recently Trinity Family Builders in 2023. Each prior company achieved a successful exit to a publicly traded homebuilder, a testament to the strength of their operations and the quality of their communities. Today, Trinity Family Builders continues this tradition of excellence, growth, and community impact.
