Over the years, the Orosz family has developed more than 25,000 residential lots, built over 20,000 single-family homes, and advanced numerous commercial projects that strategically support regional economic growth and long-term prosperity. 

It all started when, William (Bill) Orosz moved to the region in 1981, and after his retirement in 2005, sons Steve, Andrew, and Matthew Orosz independently discovered their passion for real estate and development.
