Ben joined Hanover Capital Partners in 2011. He manages a great team that handle all aspects of land acquisition, entitlement, engineering and development. He is a graduate of Furman University with a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Engineering, Georgia Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and also has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.

Ben worked for a couple of different home builders before joining Hanover. He is also a real estate broker and worked in that capacity sourcing deals for various builders for a few years.  

In addition to managing the land acquisition and development for Hanover Land Company, Ben managed the land acquisition and development for Royal Oak Homes and Hanover Family Builders before they were sold to AV Homes, Inc and Landsea Homes, Inc, respectively.

Since joining Hanover Capital Partners, Ben has overseen the acquisition, entitlement, engineering and disposition of over 8,000 lots in over 35 projects. 

Currently, Ben is continuing to look for opportunities for Hanover Land Company as well as building a land pipeline for Trinity Family Builders, which the Orosz Family established in January of 2024.

Ben has been married to Michelle since 2008. Three children, two dogs and two horses keep them busy. They are active in their church as well as the foster and adoptive world. Ben enjoys hunting, fishing and traveling with his family.
