One of the most unique and creative communities established in Central Florida over the past 20 years, Hanover Lakes was an engineering marvel. Hanover acquired 174 acres with 270 feet of access on Alligator Lake. The decision was made rather than maximizing lot density, to take a unique approach utilizing the lake access. After over 1,000,000 cubic yards of dirt were removed, an internal, boat navigable retention system was created with homesites along fingers that extended into the water body.

These dockable home-sites were given access to Alligator Lake through a boat lift system that raised the boat from the internal body and lowered it to the main lake. Hanover Lakes offers a convenient location in beautiful Osceola County, close to world famous attractions such as Disney World Resort, Universal Studios Florida and Sea World. Hanover Lakes is an asset to the Saint Cloud community.
