Matt Orosz

Matthew is a founding member and owner of Hanover Capital Partners, where he is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and managing new investment opportunities across multiple asset classes.

Matt earned a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Villanova University. He also received his MBA with highest honors from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida.

He began his career at JPMorgan Chase before joining KTR Capital Partners, a private real estate investment trust based in Philadelphia, where he served as an investment analyst focused on the acquisition of industrial assets nationwide.

In 2009, Matt became Vice President of Investments at Hanover Capital Partners, leading a range of opportunistic investments primarily within the real estate sector. During this time, he also co-founded Royal Oak Homes alongside his brother, launching a production homebuilding platform in Central Florida. As Co-President, Matt oversaw sales, marketing, land acquisition, and operations.

From 2011 to 2014, Royal Oak Homes was ranked the fastest-growing new homebuilder in the United States. The company was sold to AV Homes (AVHI) in 2014 for $65 million. Matt remained with AV Homes for three years as Co-President, during which time he more than doubled the size of the Orlando division to over $300 million in annual revenue while continuing to lead the company in sales, margins, and profitability. 

In 2017, Matt and his two brothers launched Hanover Family Builders. Serving as Co-President, Matt helped grow the company into one of the fastest-growing homebuilders in the country, achieving first-year sales exceeding $100 million. Hanover Family Builders was sold to Landsea Homes in 2022 for $272 million.

In 2024, the Orosz brothers launched their third homebuilding platform, Trinity Family Builders (“TFB”). In addition to serving as Co-President of TFB, Matt continues to lead investments at Hanover Capital Partners, which currently controls more than 8,000 residential lots and over one million square feet of income-producing assets.

Outside of work, Matthew is an FAA-certified private pilot, Vice President of the Orosz Family Foundation, a Strategic Advisory Board Member of Cristo Rey Orlando High School, an avid adventure enthusiast, Ironman, and a proud father of three.
