Nichola Mitchell is a senior residential homebuilding executive with over 20 years of experience scaling sales, marketing, and operations across high-growth platforms. Trained in Building Studies at Lincoln College (UK), she relocated to the United States in 2001 and built a career spanning construction, sales leadership.

She earned her real estate license in 2010 and joined Royal Oak Homes before becoming a founding leader at Hanover Family Builders. Rising from Sales Manager to Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Nichola led a 30-agent sales organization and oversaw approximately 1,100 home closings in 2022. She played a key role in scaling the business from launch through its successful acquisition by Landsea Homes.

Following the acquisition, Nichola served as Vice President of Operations at Landsea Homes, gaining experience in enterprise-level operations, integration, and execution within a publicly traded homebuilding platform. In January 2024, she rejoined Trinity Family Builders, where her responsibilities span community start-ups, product and floor plan development, sales execution, closings, and marketing strategy.

Through her career, Nichola has helped launch and scale two homebuilding companies from inception to successful exit or maturity. She brings a disciplined operator mindset, strong cross-functional leadership capability, and a consistent focus on execution, scalability, and value creation. In her spare time Nichola enjoys golf with her husband and quality time with her two dogs.
