Extending Hanover’s Residential Vision in Clermont, Florida

As an extension of the success throughout Lake County, Hanover acquired 155 acres of former orange groves located directly on U.S. Highway 27, across from the renowned Lake Louisa State Park. Working cooperatively with Lake County, the community was re-zoned to accommodate 3.75 units/acre.

Similar to Trinity Lakes, an impressive amenity complex was added in phase one to provide a sense of community for the residents. Construction is being completed by Trinity Family Builders, continuing Hanover’s tradition of thoughtful, high-quality residential development.
