Tony Iorio
Tony joined Hanover Land Company in 2018 and serves as Executive Vice President of Land Development, where he plays a central role in the company’s acquisition strategy and development expansion throughout Central Florida. With more than four decades of experience in land development and construction, he has led the planning, engineering, and delivery of award‑winning master‑planned communities across Hawaii, Florida, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and Saudi Arabia. His career portfolio encompasses more than 40,000 residential lots, along with extensive multifamily, commercial, and industrial projects.
In his role, Tony partners closely with Ben Snyder and the Hanover Capital Partners team on initiatives spanning the full development lifecycle—from early‑stage land acquisition and feasibility analysis to entitlement strategy, engineering coordination, and vertical development execution. Their collaboration ensures seamless progression from due diligence through construction, supporting a robust land pipeline for Hanover Land Company and Trinity Family Builders while enhancing long‑term growth and operational efficiency.
Tony holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Miami. He is deeply committed to community and industry engagement, having served as Chairman and Trustee of the Kissimmee/Osceola Chamber of Commerce and as a board member for the Education Foundation of Osceola County, Orlando Economic Partnership, Valencia Foundation, United Way, ULI, NAHB, and NAIOP.
A resident of Orlando for the past 30 years, Tony values time with his family—his son Anthony, daughter‑in‑law Sammi, granddaughters Sophie and Isla, and golden retriever Huxley. He enjoys international travel, staying active, and remains guided by his Christian faith, which continues to shape his leadership and service.
