Hanover successfully entitled, developed, and completed vertical construction on Trinity Industrial Park in Kissimmee, Florida. The project resulted in 6 different building pads, of which 2 were sold to third parties. The Class A industrial park was a boost to the local economy and provided tenants with high quality space in a market previously dominated by older, Class C metal panel product.
